Cissa Rego, originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, moved to England in 2012 and since then he’s been capturing the incredible landscapes of the southwest coast. During his time in the industry, he’s done family portraits, weddings, newborn and street photography as well as photo journalism.
The story behind this wallpaper
The mist was still hanging around Corfe Castle Village after the sunrise, creating the opportunity to capture the misty ruins from the beautiful train station. But instead of using the classic view of the station and the castle, I decided to use the tracks as guidelines, composing the image to make the eyes follow the tracks towards the castle enveloped by mist.
