Cissa Rego, originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, moved to England in 2012 and since then he’s been capturing the incredible landscapes of the southwest coast. During his time in the industry, he’s done family portraits, weddings, newborn and street photography as well as photo journalism.
The ledges of Peveril Point were completely exposed by the low tide, so I decided to venture down the cliff and through the seaweed to register the sunrise. After a slippery start, I was graced with incredible colours just before the sun broke over the horizon.As the tide started to come in, I tried to capture a bit of the splashes of the sea against the ledges while there was still some colour left.
